Description

Complete with its distinctive turret and decorated chapel, Victoria House was first developed as a hospital in the 1850s by George Fowler Jones. It has seen been developed into a business park complete with gardens and orchards on the south lawn which are still standing today, and is now being adapted to become part of a 21st century life science, technology and innovation campus.
Test fits have been carried out for the conversion of the space into two floors of open plan office, with a combination of open collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen areas and break out zones.
