Description

The Acre is an extensive refurbishment of a former headquarters office building on a prominent island site in the heart of Covent Garden. The building will have entrances on both Long Acre and Endell Street, opening a ground level route through the heart of the building where a new atrium is situated. The retail units will have active frontages to Long Acre and Endell Street, in addition to the new route through the heart. The retail units will be in shell condition with capped off services within the unit to allow maximum flexibility for fit-out.
