Newly refurbished serviced offices suites in The Spire, Newcastle. Offices suites are fully furnished with smart access, LED lighting, air conditioning. Tenants benefit from unlimited access to the Platinum Business Lounge, complimentary use of meeting rooms, office cleaning, complimentary tea and coffee and a manned reception from 8am to 5pm.

A new state-of-the-art health facility is due to launch in April 2026. Spire Platinum Suite members will receive a discounted membership rate to the facilities.
