Welkin Mill is a four storey building of traditional construction with brickwork elevations under a flat roof. Each floor benefits from either staircase, goods lift or ramped loading access or all three.

The South City Studio rehearsal and recording studio benefits from large open plan sound proofed accommodation with access to private bathroom facilities with low level w.c, hand washing facilities and shower.

The studio also has access to kitchen/break out facilities and Welkin Mill benefits from substantial on site car
parking with additional car parking available on Welkin Road.
