Location

Reigate is a historic market town located in south-east Surrey, around 19 miles south of central London, with good road links to J8 of the M25 motorway, approximately 3km to the north. The site is located mid-way between the centre of Reigate to the west and Redhill to the east.

Redhill and Reigate both have main line railway stations 1.2m and 1m distant respectively, with Redhill offering better services north/south to London/Brighton. A bus stop is located approximately 20 meters to the north-west of the site entrance.
