The ground floor areas have been fitted as laboratory space, with the fit out being completed in 2023. There are four separate laboratory rooms available, suitable for a range of R&D and uses. The ground floor labs are serviced via a goods delivery area located at the rear of the building.
The first floors offices are largely open plan with desks and two meeting rooms in situ. The sub-tenant will have access to a shared kitchen / breakout space, which will be shared with the current tenant.
