A unique historical building in the hearth of Prague was built in 1905 by Adolf Foehr and Alfons Wertmuller (also the architect of the Czech State Opera building) as Allianz insurance company seat, later used also for a bank purposes. A famous Laurin & Klement showroom & service centre was opened in the retail part of the building in 1930. The architectural style of NR 7 is principally neoclassicism, hence the ornate stucco work which is evident on the facade. The top three floors are
constructed of concrete with a metal galvanized
roof structure. In near future with finalization in Q4 2023 the building will be fully reconstructed to top standard and will offer modern office and retail space.
