Description

The site comprises undeveloped land extending to a total of 5 acres (2.02 hectares) and was most recently used by National Highways (formerly Highways England) as a site compound.

Much of the site is relatively flat albeit the site rises slightly to the level of Chester Road at the northern boundary. Chester Road runs alongside the north-western boundary of the site and the railway line runs along the southern boundary of the site.

There is an existing Public Footpath and Cycleway which runs between the two parcels of land forming the site. This right of way will require rerouting prior to any proposed development.
