Location

Lincoln is one of England’s finest Cathedral Cities and the administrative and major shopping centre within for the County of Lincolnshire. It has an urban area population of 130,200 (2011 Census) and an estimated total catchment spend of circa £1 billion. The city attracts circa 4 million tourists annually. Lincoln is also a growing double University City with circa 25,000 students and academic staff based at the City’s main campuses, contributing an estimated £250 million to the local economy. The Pelham Centre is situated on the eastern side of Canwick Road / Pelham Bridge flyover (A15), a main arterial road running north south through the City Centre, accessed from both north and south via Kesteven Street (A57). Lincoln Central Train and Bus Stations are situated 250m to the north west and the High Street 400m to the west. The local area is of mixed use properties, with high density residential housing to the west and a range of warehousing, trade counters and a Tesco Superstore located to the east.
