Description

Anchor Mill was fully restored in an £20 million renovation project by Renfrewshire Council and the Princes Trust in 2005.

The main entrance and central atrium was sold to Abbey Mill Business Centre for the conversion to modern office space on the first floor. The remaining three floors house 60 loft style apartments entered from a separate entrance. The ground floor has a large reception area dedicated lift and secure parking .
